At ebober.com, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns and refunds policy.


Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items. We kindly ask that you notify us within this timeframe to facilitate a smooth return process.


Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Personalized or customized items (such as printed mugs, apparel, etc.) cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and the details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item(s).


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Please note:

  • Refunds may take several days to appear depending on your payment provider.
  • Refunds will only be issued for eligible items returned within the 14-day window.

Shipping Delays & Delivery Disputes

We aim to ship orders promptly, but please note:

  • As stated in our Shipping Policy, delivery may take up to 15 working days, plus 1–3 working days for processing.
  • We do not issue refunds for delays that occur within this expected timeframe.

In the case of items marked delivered by the carrier (including those delivered in multiple packages), we cannot issue refunds for claims of non-receipt unless verified by the carrier as undelivered. If your delivery address is secure (e.g., parcel lockers, shared entrances), please check with neighbors or household members first.

We reserve the right to request a written declaration in cases of disputed deliveries and block future purchases from customers with a pattern of such claims.


Product Variation & Mockups

Some of our products (e.g., printed mugs, shirts, etc.) are displayed using digital mockups. Minor variations in color, alignment, or placement (within 0.5 cm) can occur due to the nature of the printing process. These do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

If the print quality is clearly flawed or the item is significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us with clear photos for review.


Incorrect Delivery Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of purchase. We do not issue refunds for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer.
  • Packages marked as delivered that are not returned to us by the carrier.

If the package is returned to us, we can reship it, but additional shipping fees will apply.


Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
